Rogowiec has launched a blog!
On the news page… to start… a blog has launched. The activities of the AVANTI Foundation are also gaining momentum. The first project is coming to an end! “MaÅ‚opolska Always in Motion”. The project is implemented in cooperation with the MaÅ‚opolska Region.

The undertaking was implemented in cooperation with the
Lesser Poland Voivodeship and the Sports Club Druga Strona Sportu.
The participation of athletes with disabilities in sports competitions organized in the
country and abroad was also an opportunity to promote Lesser Poland. The time has come to sum up our activities.
We began on October 2nd with a start in the International Peace Marathon in Košice, Slovakia, where Rafał Szumiec took 4th place and Igor Sikorski placed 6th.
The next events were the All-Poland Integration Swimming Competitions “Muszelka Cup” and “WiÅ›lane Fale.” Our athletes went to these competitions to achieve new personal bests and competed with the leading Polish swimmers.
PaweÅ‚ KwaÅ›niewski, Waldemar Kowalczyk achieved the goal of their trip to the capital and improved their “personal bests”.
Also Przemek Bugla and Kuba Staszkiewicz, who after a longer break returned to training, achieved valuable results.
We are pleased that new people interested in swimming are joining the group of experienced athletes.
Piotr Mazur and Piotr Karkocha debuted at the Warsaw swimming pool.
While the swimmers were battling the water, the Independence Run took place on the streets of Warsaw. In the race concluding the season, Rafał Szumiec took 2nd place.
Igor Sikorski gained his first experience in the European Cup in alpine skiing in Landgraaf, Netherlands. Although the result (15th place) is not the peak of his abilities, we congratulate him on completing the competition in this difficult discipline.
We are pleased that the MaÅ‚opolska Voivodeship has joined the Foundation’s activities and sees the opportunity to promote the Region through Paralympic sport. We hope that others will follow the Marshal’s Office’s example.
